Do I need any special hardware?+
No. FoodMe runs on any phone, tablet or laptop with a web browser. A receipt printer is optional, not required.
Can customers pay online?+
Yes. Show your DuitNow QR or send a Billplz payment link, and confirm it in the app. Automatic payment confirmation is on the way with cloud sync.
Is it really in three languages?+
Yes — English, 华语 and Bahasa Melayu. You can also set what your customers see on the ordering page, per stall. Opening a stall for a Malay-speaking market? Set it to Bahasa and your customers only see Malay.
Can I run more than one stall?+
Yes. The Chain plan covers multiple branches under one dashboard, with separate menus and reports for each.
How do I get started?+
